Join our Munich Jewellery Week Team!

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our growing Munich-based team and help with fundraising and project management. We offer a flexible schedule, competitive salary, and a ton of opportunities for growth, networking, and development. We are a compact international team of creatives scattered around the globe – Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Tallinn, Stockholm, Glasgow, Lisbon, etc.

This job offer could be a great fit if you:

 

— are based in Munich

— are a native German speaker

— possess excellent spoken and written English

— have great communication skills

— are well-versed in the local Munich + Bavarian creative and cultural scenes

— are able to research and reach out to a range of partners, from corporate to cultural

— have experience in writing project plans and funding applications with corresponding budgets (funding on all levels: Munich, Bavaria, Germany, Europe and within those economic development and cultural promotion)

— are independent and able to work remotely, while staying focused on tasks, deadlines and deliverables

— are able to represent the Munich Jewellery Week brand in meetings and calls independently from the rest of the team

— are precise, detail-oriented, and careful with handling information

— are attentive, social, and good with people

— are a confident go-getter

 

We need someone starting at 0.5-1 days per week, then extending to up to 3 days, and ramping up to full-time leading up to and during Munich Jewellery Week 28 February — 3 March 2024 (all TBD)

Munich Jewellery Week is an annual, independent, artist-run contemporary jewellery initiative that takes place in the city of Munich every March. The success of the event, which grows exponentially every year, is in thanks to the spirit of collaboration by jewellery artists and designers from all over the world: students, emerging, mid-career and established art jewellers alike come to present their jewellery on their own terms, and in their own unique ways.
